Rebekah Francis joined the ALTIVIA team as Human Resources Director in June 2024, hired to standardize the company’s HR functions across the organization, laying the foundation for future growth. Before joining ALTIVIA, Rebekah held HR leadership roles for start-up organizations in Energy and Consumer Product Goods and consulted at EY for M&A clients. She has played a key role designing and implementing innovative HR strategies that drive business performance and create lasting organizational change. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University with a minor in Small Business & Entrepreneurship.
