ALTIVIA integrates issues related to health, safety, and environment into the
design, implementation, and management of our chemical distribution, storage,
and handling systems. Whether your chemical dosing sites are within a secure
plant facility or remotely located in residential or rural areas, our
professional staff will:
- Choose the right materials of construction
- Provide fail-safe features in the design
- Select safe, secure dosing sites with restricted access
- Maintain good housekeeping practices
- Routinely inspect dosing sites to insure unit operation
- Provide check lists for inspections
- Document performance in monthly reports
Additionally, ALTIVIA personnel will provide safety training seminars for all
employees and local response teams detailing the physical characteristics of
the chemicals in use, their safe handling practices, as well as emergency
response procedures.
