Managing inventory can be a costly and time consuming process for many water

help manage and reduce these costs. From manual system monitoring and
maintenance to fully automated customer or vendor managed inventory, we
have the program that’s right for you.
System Monitoring and Maintenance
ALTIVIA’s nationwide network of service representatives can provide routine
service and support on a regularly scheduled basis. During service calls,
dosing equipment and monitoring instruments are calibrated, preventative
maintenance is performed, product inventory levels are checked, and restock
deliveries are scheduled. These activities are documented in monthly
performance and inventory reports along with a consolidated billing statement.
Automated Vendor Managed Inventory
ALTIVIA’s A-Tracks™ remote monitoring and control system is designed with an
open architecture that permits units to be customized with a wide range of
options at various levels of complexity and sophistication. Our units are
SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) compatible. Inventory
control (tank level monitoring and restock), site stewardship
(alarm notification and pump diagnostics for trouble shooting and
maintenance), and chemical management (feed rate monitoring and control)
optimizes chemical usage and manpower requirements producing a lower total
cost of operation. Wireless communication offers real-time, web-based access
to data that can be managed centrally by ALTIVIA or your own operations
personnel.
