Lorraine Named
General Manager – Manufacturing
Greens Bayou Chemical Complex

HOUSTON, Texas --- ALTIVIA Corporation today announced that Hern Lorraine has
joined their organization and will hold the position of General Manager –
Manufacturing, for the ALTIVIA Greens Bayou Chemical Complex.
Hern has 24 years of professional services experience in the specialty chemicals
and oilfield industry. He has directed all aspects of Specialty Chemical
manufacturing and supply chain activities, with an emphasis on water and process
treatment chemicals for commercial and industrial use. He is experienced in the
implementation of High Performance Work Systems, Six Sigma techniques, and Work
Process Redesign. Hern worked for Tenneco Oil E&P for 11 years and for GE Betz,
formerly known as BetzDearborn, for 13 years prior to joining ALTIVIA.
Mr. Lorraine earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from
California State University and Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.
