Desktop Support, Sr. IT Support and IT Managers
Description:
Desktop Support, Sr. IT Support and IT Manager provide support to end users on a
variety of issues and identify, research, and resolve technical problems while
responding to telephone calls, e-mails and personnel requests for technical support.
Managers direct, establish, plan and implement the policies and procedures to support
the organization’s PC support services and telecommunications. Also manage the
deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, desktop PC, hardware,
software, operating systems while supervising staff.
