Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
ALTIVIA covers the cost to provide all full-time employees with life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance from Sun Life.
Flexible Spending Accounts
You have the option to participate on an annual basis in Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending.
Voluntary Benefits
Voluntary Benefits are offered through AFLAC and may be purchased through
payroll deductions. The coverages that are offered are disability, accident,
sickness, cancer policy, intensive care, whole life, critical illness, and
dental. All coverages may be run through our 125 plan and paid for with
pre-tax dollars with the exception of the life and disability.
Worker’s Compensation
This program paid by the company covers injury/ illness sustained in the
course of employment that requires medical, surgical or hospital treatment.
Subject to applicable legal requirements.
401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees have the option of participating in the 401(k) plan after 6
months of service. There are several different options to choose. The
company contributes a match of 70% of the employee’s deferral up to 7%
maximum. The company portion has a vesting schedule of 20% per year
beginning in the second year.
Sick Time
In the first calendar year of employment all salaried employees earn one
paid sick day for each 2 months worked (limited to 5 days per calendar year
during the first 5 years of service). After 5 years of service, the paid sick
day allowance increases to 10 days per calendar year.
Paid Time Off
Employees are encouraged to use available vacation time for rest, relaxation,
and personal pursuits.

Paid Holidays
Employees are granted 9-10 paid holidays as specified by The Board of
